A friend of mine is a director of commercials and video's for corporate clients. Last week I was back in Sydney working with him on a DVD shoot which is something else I do from time to time. We were out at a massive property development complex in Kellyville which is a joint development for Landcom and Australand. There are a number of new display homes from a variety of developers which have all been styled, to enable those interested to at least gauge what  sort of look and feel is possible when decorating.

Styling property in this way has been done for years. It's taken a lot longer for the average home owner to see the benefits of styling when it comes to selling the family home.
